Maven Learning was founded by Ihab Nassef, a seasoned talent management leader with 17+ years experience building leadership pipelines across EMEA and APAC regions.
Before founding Maven, Ihab led talent management for 3,000+ employees at International SOS, one of the world's leading medical and security services organizations. He designed leadership academies, built competency frameworks, and delivered talent strategies that achieved 90%+ satisfaction ratings
